Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who completes the online entry form except members and employees of Pure Latitude Ltd.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. The closing date for entries is 20 September 2008 .

4. The prize is a temporary membership of Pure Latitude with 100 points (value £1360) and is subject to the usual conditions of membership. No additional joining fee will be due. There is no alternative to the prize offered. Images used to promote the draw are for illustration only.

5. Participants must have a valid email and postal address to participate and must supply full details as required by the entry form.

6. The prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over resident in mainland Britain and only one entry per person is permitted.

7. The draw will take place on 21st September . The winner will be notified by phone or email. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person.

12. The winner will be expected to have their photographs taken for press or promotion purposes.

13. The promoter is Pure Latitude. Any queries and comments should be directed to martin@purelatitude.com.

14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or unreadable. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The name and county of the prize winner will be available by emailing martin@purelatitude.com.

16. Pure Latitude reserve the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time without notice. Pure Latitude may substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value that differs from the original prize. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is subject to availability and change.
